PracticesSenior I SquadMake 5 Practices a WeekMonday - Friday: 5-7 PM Senior II SquadMake 4 Practices a WeekMonday - Friday: 5-7 PM Workouts are written in progression according to a seasonal plan. Many missed practices will make it necessary to adjust work to the lower interval in order to build back again. Supplemental workouts at the gym are just that and not a replacement for water work. Practice attendance is imperative to success. 13/under swimmers are reminded of practice times and parents please adhere to the following schedule. If you are unsure of placement or feel your swimmer needs to be moved to a different age group please contact us directly for discussion.
